ache in arms pits and across top of chest

Had it on and off for a week or so. Today it really aches across the top of my chest (if you follow the edge of your bra from under you arm and follow it round, that is where it aches. There are no lumps or bumps. It is in both sides. I have checked neurotically several times.

I also have the start of a sore throat and had a slight ache in my groin a few days ago.

I am not pregnant or due a period but I am breast feeding (albeit it minimally).

My mind is beginning to work overtime. have doc appt on Wed for something different but will mention it then.
Any suggestions?

maybe a strained muscle?, sorry im not much help, but ive bumped this message now so someone with better ideas should be along soon lol.

armpits and groin and throat make it sound like you have an infection and your lymph glands have swollen. do your armpits feel swollen.

do you feel crappy?

I don't feel swollen at all though I am starting to feel increasingly crappy......

Will get DH to get some nurofen on the way home I think.
