Is CBD oil available on prescription for severe pain?

I've suffered for more than 2 years with intersticial cystitis and am currently finding cbd helps me to sleep in patches, but it's so expensive and I'm using it daily.

Does anyone know?

No it isn’t available on prescription, it is not a licensed medicine.
