Don’t know if I’ve just wet myself? Worried

I was lying on the sofa and all of a sudden the back of my pants felt wet. I stood up and noticed a very large wet patch on the sofa and on my pants. It didn’t really smell like wee and I didn’t need a wee? Any idea what could be going on? It’s never happened before and I’m really worrying

Also only the back of my pants felt wet and not the front

Also forgot to add, I have epilepsy so not sure if this is linked

Did you maybe have a seizure without realising ?
Or more simply did someone spill something on sofa ?

Could you have had an absence seizure?

No it was dry when I lied down, I usually can tell when a seizure is coming on, but could be a possibility

This sounds silly but have you had a bath? Sometimes water gets in and then leaks out later when you're least expecting it!
