Early language delay semantic pragmatic difficulties any experience or advice please?

Ds1 5 has been assessed by child development team after referral by hv to a speech therapist and their interim report states he has the above also generalised hypotonia with bilateral flat feet. He has also been assessed at school and we are awaiting that report. Am lost as to what it all means and how we can help him. Does anyone have any experience of this or any thoughts / advice please. Thanks

You'll find a lot of help over on th Special Needs board.

I've seen this SPD support group mentioned a few times on here too. Hopefully you'll be able to find some information there as well as from the parents over on the SN board.
