Ankle ...muscle... anyone any idea what's best to do

Hi this seems v trivial, but have lump on foot/ ankle for ages, think its muscle related. Any ideas?

I'd go to the doctors if I were you. I don't know that anyone could give you a definitive answer from a photo.
