Blood in poo & cramps back pain.

I suppose I’m just looking some reassurance. I’ve had bloody poo the past 2 days, also crappy lower back pain. Have been to GP, had blood tests & am awaiting results. Anyone else had anything similar?

Yes, sent home to give 3 samples.

Not trying to scare you op but my mums good friend had similar symptoms when I was a teen. She was diagnosed with ovarian cancer.
