Feeling like poo

I got incredably sunburnt on SUnday, i was really preoccupied watching out for ds's on an ultra crowded beach as 2 children had already gone missing. I did however apply sunblock every hour but still am red raw.

SInce then i have felt freezing cold even though it's been hot outside, and i just cannot wake up properly and i hure everywhere. is this due to the sunburn or something else?

have you blistered? i felt like this when i got burnt and sunstroke

It's just ridiculous i used factor 40 sunceream several times and yet i always get burnt, i think its something to do with having lupus.

No blisters just unbearable to touch

Probably just too much sun. However, it could be heat exhaustion.
