Lump at top of back

Any idea what this is? It's a slight lump on the top of my back.
It doesn't hurt, doesn't feel like a cyst or anything, just like the area is generally swollen.

Background-I'm mid 30s, no health problems. 6 months postnatal.
I do have shoulders that crack A LOT but that always gets better when I do regular yoga so it seems postural. I just haven't had the time to do yoga/stretches as much as I'd like so they're not great just now. I also get occasional headaches, but I've put that down to lack of sleep (DD keeps me busy 😂)

The only thing I can find using doctor google is kyphosis. Does this look like that?

Is it a 'dowager hump'? In which case Pilates nights help

DannyWallace · 03/09/2019 08:30

@Borris thanks for the reply. I THINK it's the same thing but not 100%-i only just heard of this last night.

Thank you I'll have a look into it x
