Anyone else have this? Even something like putting my hand in to the fridge in supermarket causes them to get very sore and then they burn/ sting heating up. They don't go blue or anything

To add this has been going on since I was a child, I remember the pain in my fingers when cycling to school

Reynards disease. It’s very sore and I have it in my fingers too.

I live somewhere where winter is -20c.... yes it’s normal

I thought the fact they don't go blue or anything meant I didn't have that. It's only fingers, never noticed in toes or nose etc

I think it depends how cold it is when you get this reaction.

Sounds like Reyanauds, fingers don’t necessarily go blue and the syndrome can get worse. White fingers, yellowy fingers, aching fingers and blue. It doesn’t have to affect different body parts either.
