As part of my job I have to push a trolley which I add goods to on a regular basis. Recently I have found after my shift , I am suffering with groin pain and lower back pain which takes a few days to subside. I want to see my GP but I am thinking that by the time I get an appointment ,the symptoms will not be there, depending on my work rota. Does anyone have any experience of this pain ? Any suggestions on how I alleviate this problem ?
