i was having some taramasalata and crackers today and when i looked at the nutritional information bit it said that quarter of a tub was 33% of recommended daily fat intake but only abt 11% of recommended intake of saturated fat. wtf does it all mean?! Is it good or bad? {confused emoticon}

Saturated fat is BAD

But mono and poly are ok . You should have a max of 20g of fat per day

cruisemum1 · 04/08/2007 22:25

20g of saturated or the others? so if it says 35% of daily fat content you are ok? but if is says 35% of daily saturated fat content then you hd better eat salad and drink water?
