Dd1 hurt her arm

She was on her wheelies (i know, bad mother alert), and fell twice on her arm.

The last fall was about 10 min ago and she cried alot and wouldn't let dd2 touch her.

Anyway, she has now calmed down, not crying or saying it hurts unless she moves it.

I think it is ok, and not broken, just sore, but is there anything I can check for in particular before ?? She said it hurts most about half way between wrist and elbow, on the top of her arm. She can move it and move her fingers but said it hurts a bit when she does.

No worry, have just been watching her and she has leant on the arm to get up from sofa, and pulled her trainer off using that arm too.

Glad everything is ok

Nutty - DD1 has wheelies too and has had a couple of falls - surely no worse than roller skates tho, eh?

Anyway, glad she's ok!

I think they are fab tbh, they were only a fiver and have kept them both entertained all day. Dd1 is actually very good on hers lol. Dd2 hasn't mastered them yet and kind of runs in them not rolls on the wheels.

She has just gone up to her bed to read, and is still complaining it hurts.

It's unlikely to be broken if she is weight bearing on it though isn't it ?

Mine broke his arm falling on it while wrestling with his DSs. He was able to move everything and he wasn't crying. What clued me in was when he took a step down, he inhaled, hissed, and grabbed his arm (next day.) I took him to the doctor and xrays were done, sure enough a broken arm. Just keep and eye on her, if the pain completely goes away then she is probably fine.

Ok, thanks Leati , will see how she is in the morning. She is definatly using it, but probably not as normally as usual, don't know if thats because she knows I am watching her though.

Will see what tommorow brings.
