Hi so I bled for 6 weeks after ds born in May. Stopped for 2 weeks, now my first period since and I'm on week 5 now 
Doctors prescribed trans acid, on day 6 and bleeding not altered. Changing super pad every 1/2 hours and completely red (sorry) I'm leaking all the time - absolute misery. I'm also extremely tired, had low iron after ds born and now bled 10 weeks out of the last 12. Doc hasn't asked for blood test which surprised me. Called doc on Friday to say bleeding not subsiding, he said give few more days.
It is pumping out and starting to really worry me.
