Skin tag or molluscum scratched accidentally

My 6 year old came in this morning after waking up to show me this. He has had what we thought was a skin tag or molluscum for about 4 months now and it is this he has scratched accidentally . As you can see, there is a ring round it. The ring has grown slightly since this morning. Should I be worried? He seems fine and isn’t complaining. No temperature or anything.
