head lice - full marks mousse and pregnancy

Just discovered that Ds has head lice.
Combed his hair with nit comb (nice) and was about to put on full marks mousse but it says only use under doctros advice when pregnant

I am 16 weeks pregnant - can I apply it to ds's hair?

Both my girls have long, fine but thick hair and I dread the letter home from school (within 10 days this term which must be a record). I find wet combing to be extremely efficient but time consuming (useful to put a video on so that the children are distracted). Have also discovered the nitty gritty comb which has extra long teeth (www.nittygritty.co.uk). I only use this if I find any with the normal nit comb as it sorts them out quickly but I find them harder to spot on metal combs! They also do a spray for dry hair so I have been squirting them before school and so far no problems.

I also used the nittygritty nit free comb and their repellent spray on my sister's children and I have to say, having tried all others, that this is the only stuff that can lift these things and keep them away. I have also tried just chemicals, conditioning and also vinegar but they don't seem to work effectivly.

I highly recommend their products. Also the kids don't seem to mind it unlike the chemicals which they hate! If my kids get nits, I'll be using their stuff on them for sure
