DD has chicken pox .... rash is everywhere and I mean EVERYWHERE!!

She's really quite up-beat in herself but she has the rash all over her body, face legs, arms and in her mouth, scalp and poor thiong in her fandango .... So, apart from baths and industrial quantities of Calamine - should I give her anti - histamine's too ??

Yep on the anti - histamine now too -

So far the following seem to have a positive effect:

Oatmeal baths
Anti - histamine
Calpol for the fever
Calamine in all it's guises
small, tempting bits of food

Oh and most importantly

a New My Little (effin') Pony !!
