Ds's old glasses (specs). Donate to charity ? Is Vision Express the best ?

Ds (3.5) is off to get new glasses today.
And he has had loads of pairs already. No good keeping them. And there are charities, to which you can donate/ recycle just about anything these days. I found that Vision Express send them to Africa and India. Easy enough to pop them into a Vision Express.
Is there a better charity ?
