spots on tongue

thought i had sore throat again, checked in the mirror because im obsessive and i have little pink spots accross the back of my tongue they are sore, any ideas or can anyone link me to good site please!

These are actually quite normal, they sound like taste buds,
you can sometimes get a sore tongue if you are anaemic??

My mouth never been so sore
my tongue sore as if i burnt it?
but got spots back of my tongue!
any chance it could be contagious? dd shoved her diddy in my mouth

theres a good mouth rinse you can buy from the chemist called difflam, might be worth a go
