6yr old breast implants / ribs hurt - not sure if pregnancy is going to exasperate this

My bone structure has always been that I have slightly overlapping ribs. ( One side of row of ribs sits slightly higher than the other). Never caused an issue before apart from I’ve always hated metal underwired bras and favoured stretchy material bralette type bra tops with enough support but no putting pressure on one side of ribs than other. The last 4 months I’ve had tightness in my chest / rib area. Some dull pain and aching. I’ve also noticed an extra piece of spiky bone is (has grown?) on the bottom of one set of ribs?
I also have 5 year old breast implants that aren’t as perky as they once were and not sitting as high. They’re ontop of the muscle and do drag down a bit, need support to sit nicely. For a while I figured it’s my overlapping ribs causing uncomfort and tightness. Then my implants. Then I wasn’t sure I could really know which. But the hard extra growth on the bottom of one set of ribs cannot be related to the implants. There’s too much distance between those areas. Went to the GP after an usually eye watering day of more pain than others days. She suggested Naproxen tablets. Said likely inflammation. Possibly implants. I said I may be changing them soon in any case as not happy with them. Thing is. The plan has changed and planning to get pregnant in the next few months. I’m not convinced this pain is down to implants. Why would that cause a very hard growth on the bottom of my ribs that is spikey feeling if the pain was solely due to implants needing changing. The implants haven’t ruptured or anything. The tightness in my chest behind ribs is down to my bones, I can feel it. But the implants don’t help things ofcourse.
Feel like I should try the GP once more and ask what type of X-ray I might need to check the area. Bones and any muscle inflammation, anyone had any sort of issue like this. I really don’t believe it’s down to implants. And feel like I need to get to bottom of this before falling pregnant.
