Consultant app tomorrow about lump on arm. Very worried.

Maybe I just need a hand hold or something. I suffer bad health anxiety and this lump I've had few months, hasn't changed or increased in size etc but gettin it checked tomorrow as GP could not confirm what is it.
No one else to come with me

Sending you lots of hugs. I am going through health issues and have bad HA. I have diagnosed myself with everything. You will feel much better after seeing the gp I'm sure. It could be many things. X

Sorry to hear about your health anxiety, it's terrible isn't it. Try not to worry - remember all the times you have worried about your health and it turned out to be nothing. Lumps can be totally innocent and appear for lots of reasons.
