Pain in legs all of a sudden

Any words of advice? It's both my legs, front and back but most uncomfortable part is the inner side behind my right knee. It's like a throbbing pain. I'm also getting tingling in my toes.

Ive not over done any exercise. I've walked but I do alot of it anyway. It's been for the last week. I feel it when I walk, bend, rest etc.

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

How old are you?

SpideyMom · 15/06/2019 16:56

Early 30s. I've already had vitamin D deficiency confirmed and have been on a supplement for over a year

I was going to say menopause but you are a bit young.

I'm going to keep an eye on things and if it persists I will have to see the doctor

Have you considered DVT?

Those were some of the pains I felt in my leg when I had a dvt and that was a clot near my knee. I didn’t have swelling or redness or heat which are what are considered the typical DVT symptoms - if they are there it’s a good indicator but if they’re not it doesn’t mean you can discount them...

Mine was a post natal DVT but again you can sometimes just get them.

Might be worth ringing 111 (I think that’s the nhs non emergency number - if I have screwed up and you find yourself talking to the police then you’ll have to look the number up! Grin) and just making sure it’s nothing serious like that.

The thought has come to mind. How long had you been feeling odd before it was found?
