Skin specialist or dermatologist can have a look at lump on arm please and photos included!

I'm 32 lump on right arm. Very worried as I have bad anxiety. It's small& raised dimples when squeezed. Hasn't grown in size had it for 2-3 months. Dark colouring underneath looks like a bruise. GP said could be a cyst but sent photos to Dermatology but can take weeks ! And I'm bricking it !!
Any opinions welcome

Not a specialist but it looks like a dermatofibroma (I have a few of these), they do dimple when squeezed. They're quite common and totally harmless.
