I'm really hoping someone might have some suggestions to help my DH.
He has a really stressful job, and is constantly tired anyway (plus we have two small children) but for the last six months he has been waking earlier and earlier. At the moment he is awake from 4am most days which is exhausting him - making his work harder, which then stresses him out - making it harder to sleep. He has been trying CBT and mindfulness but it's not worked and I am at my wit's end trying to think of anything else that could help him.
He's been on Sertraline before and he has started taking a low dose again in the hopes it might do something.
Has anyone encountered this? Is there anything that has worked? Willing to try anything at this point!
