Night time stomach pain and bloating

I'm 49 and for,the past week have had the above but only during the evening 7-9pm ish.

I'm not about to come on or have just finished a period.

What could it be? Menopause?!

I would go to the GP I'm not a medical anything but from personal experience rcould be gallstones. Best to get checked out if you're worried.

My guess would be gall stones
