Should I go to the Doctors about nosebleeds?

Hi just looking for advice, I’m fairly fit and very rarely visit the doctors. For the past two years or so I've been getting nose bleeds most days, they never last longer than five minutes, but I'm often get them at work, so colleagues are commenting that I should get it checked out. But are nosebleeds just nosebleeds? Are they anything I should be worried about, I feel silly going to the doctor for something so minor.

Always good to get checked out. They could give advice or prescribe something to maybe help or stop it.

I did - she shone a torch up my nose to check for a structural problem, then gave me an ointment with a specific antibiotic for an infection that causes nosebleeds, which worked.

Yes you should. Dd had antihistamines and nasal spray at one point and then she got her nose cauterised to stop the nose bleeds
