I feel absolutely terrible. Not flu-like, I've had that once before and apart from swollen glands I have no cold symptoms
My muscles don't ache as such, it's like every muscle is in spasm and it hurts. My neck, tummy, back, legs, arms, ears. Everything.
I have no appetite and my skin is really sensitive to touch, almost like I'm scratching it even though I'm just slightly touching it.
I have a temperature of 38.7
Had to leave work today as I couldn't function, no energy whatsoever.
Does this sound viral?
Been like this since last night.
