Thinking of becoming a dietician

I'm thinking of retraining as a dietician. Any advice? Is it a good profession? Family friendly? Stressful?

She does but she goes early a couple of afternoons a month - she only trained when her youngest son was five ... she works in a hospital near her home in S London but before she had a more community based job
