Scabs on nose after laser (thread vein) treatment

I had my third treatment on Friday for some thread veins on my nose. Before, the veins have gone almost black but subsided after a couple of days, and have gone completely after a week. Always been really happy with the results.
This was my final session, and she did say the laser was ‘higher’ than normal, and it did hurt more.
The veins were black immediately, no problem with that, but two on the right side of my nose bled when I got home and have scabbed over. The skin is broken. Never had that before.
They look horrendous and I can’t cover with makeup.

I’m just wondering if anyone has had this happen to them, if I should contact the clinic tomorrow or if it should heal up on it’s own?

I haven't had scabs but I did have it done a few weeks ago. They have come back though!!

This is the third treatment, each one 6 weeks apart. They come back but fainter, only this time it broke the skin and bled.
I spoke to the clinic today and they said it’s normal, so we’ll see....!
