One sided breast pain/heaviness

Hi,

Hoping for a bit of reassurance. I'm 33 and stopped bf dc2 6-8 weeks ago. For the past 2 weeks or so, I'd had some pain and sense of heaviness in my right breast. Its a bit tender to touch. A bit lumpy but not sure if its too late for blocked ducts etc? The left side isn't as lumpy as the right. No pain on the left. I was due my period when I first noticed the pain but that has come and gone with no changes in my breast.
Any thoughts?

I’d go to the doctor tbh.
