Hi I had antibiotics about 5 weeks ago for acne and had side effects of loss of appetite, bloating, wind etc. I stopped taking them after a week. The bloating and wind have gone since but I don't have a appetite. This has been about 3 weeks now. I can eat and normal amounts but I don't feel hungry. Two days ago I went to Tesco and was walking around it. I don't usually shop out and get home deliveries but when I finished shopping I had right sided groin/pelvic pain. I have googled loss of appetite and pelvic pain and seen all sorts of things to do with cancer etc. I don't have any of the symptoms such as peeing a lot, or tiredness etc. I have gone online and booked a private pelvic ultrasound for tomorrow. Has anyone else experienced this or had the vaginal ultrasound?. I had one once when pregnant. The pain feels similar to the pelvic pain I had when pregnant. (I am not pregnant), I am 40 this year.
