Every month I have noticed that around the time
that I ovulate I get red spots/whiteheads on my nose (mainly the bridge of the nose). Although I prefer not to wear make up (don't like the feel on my skin, but probably need it!) does anybody have any suggestions on how I can help prevent them? I cleanse/tone and moisturise twice a day with no.7 hydrating products which seem to suit the rest of my skin as luckily i do not suffer from spots or anything elsewhere.
