Braun thermos can ear thermometers

Please can someone let me know how to change my Braun Thermoscan ear thermometer reading from fahrenheit to celsius? I can't find my manual! Thanks.

You posting the manual has meant that I now have an 0800 783 70 10 (UK) number to call to speak to someone on Monday so Thank you.
Originally I set the thermometer to Fahrenheit and now want to change it back. Manual tells me how to do what I've already done but not how to reset it! I tried removing batteries etc. but as soon as I did that and hold Start button it shows my Fahrenheit setting still. But, thanks to you I can now speak to someone on Monday so THANK YOU VERY MUCH!
