A brand new sugary snack free week
I feel I've more energy today, DD2 only woke the once last night at 12.30 and then no one woke me till 7 so had a good night's sleep which helps too!
Had enough energy to dust the house and clean the bathrooms, now fancying a well deserved break ...cup of coffee, biscui..nooooo, this os hard. Apart fromalcohol I have no treats and I can't have my G&T at 11.45!!!!! Oh well roll on bedtime!!!!!!
Well doner everyone for getting this far, big pats on back all round, good luck for this week

I did the first week too or whenever I started. I always feel better when I give up sweets/chocolate etc.
I eat more fruit as a substitute however when I'm not hungry but even that is better than the sugar addiction. I thought it would be harder than this but may be I'll relapse.

Hi everyone, I did really well for a few days but slipped up over the weekend, oops! Will jump back on the no refined sugars wagon from tomorrow again.
