We spent most of yesterday outside, it was really hot here. About 7pm last night, I started shivering so had a warm bath and ever since, I've had a fever, every bone in my body aches, I've got prickly heat rash all over my chest and legs and I feel utterly dreadful. I am also on antibiotics (nitrofurantoin) for a urine infection, and think I got dehydrated yesterday too.
I've been asleep for most of today, and when I am awake, I feel awful. Has anyone else had this?? I've got so much to do tomorrow and could sit and cry this evening
