do your children normally get a temperature with a cold? ds2 doesn't normally but for the last 2 days he has had a cold and a temperature.
A week before that he had a temperature that lasted 24 hours and was nothing more to it.
whats going on? always something to worry about.

Doziduck, mine would get temperatures with everything. I always panicked and rushed them off to the doctors until they told me that the temperature was just their body's way of dealing with whatever bug they had at the time. They say it is nothing to worry about unless they are appearing to be very listless/limp/unresponsive etc. Just keep him cool (just a vest if necessary) and make sure he has plenty to drink to stop him becoming dehydrated. So dont worry - you will know yourself if ds2 is really ill. Hope he is better soon.
