I've had hay fever for the past 3/4 years but this year it's something else entirely.
I know it's hay fever because I've had it for so long, air con gets rid of almost all symptoms and it can improve markedly depending on the weather.
This week I saw my GP she prescribed steroid nasal spray and some eye drops.
I'm taking these and regular antihistamines.
I've experimented with antihistamines to find the best ones for me.
Since yesterday when the weather started to be warmer and dry my symptoms have rocketed.
I'm in bed and now I feel like I've got flu.
Symptoms include muscle and joint pain, chills in my limbs and going hot and cold, I don't have a fever.
My torso itches and I have a slight rash.
For background I contracted extreme D&V on holiday in Europe in August 16 and was hospitalised in destination then again at home.
Since then I've had a constant relay of mild to middling illnesses and ailments, whenever I get a cold it usually becomes an infection requiring antibiotics.
I've been prescribed antibiotics at least every month for the past 5 months.
What fresh hell do you think is causing these current symptoms?
