Can dd dye hair with chickenpox scabs on scalp

Dd wants to redye her hair and was meant to and then she got chickenpox which covered her scalp and body, now they’ve been scabs for almost a week can she dye her hair without causing herself any damage ? Google hasn’t helped

It depends on the dye, if it's semi permanent it might be ok. Bleach or permanent may sting abit!

I wouldn't. Common sense would say it could probably be a painful experience. I would urge her to wait.

The box says not to use if any skin complaints, so no I wouldn’t either untill all cleared up!

I imagine it would be painful and there would be a risk of infection.
