High / abnormal HCT bloods...what so they mean

Ds 16 had bloods done due to our worries.
How do we interpret them.

If that is hematocrit one of the things i might assume is being dehydrated.

Thank you for replying. I had checked ny replys but did not see this.
Do tou think dehydration could be because

he had no breakfast before appointment or blood results
