Immediate diarrhoea after takeaway pizza?

Any ideas what this might indicate? I only manage a couple of slices and it’s as if it liquidises anything in my body instantly (sorry if tmi). Not at all pleasant. Should I be concerned and what might it indicate?

Unlikely to be gluten, I'm coeliac and and effects take a few hours after glutening
Milk on the other hand is a quicker reaction but my money is on the fat content and gallbladder/bile related
