Advice please, I'm a bit scared!
I had DS 14 months ago and since then my periods have always been light / pain free mostly.
My period arrived this morning and so far its bloody excruciating, normal to heavy amount of blood. I am terrible at tracking but I'm pretty sure this one is way too early, I always expect it nearer the end of the month.
It seems to come in waves and I have to tense my whole body to get through it. My thighs are throbbing and I feel sick, like I might actually throw up. It honestly feels like the early stages of labour. I've taken a 400mg ibuprofen so I'll give that a while.
Any reassurance / ideas whats going on!?
