I have a strange burning sensation on the front of my thigh - there is nothing to see but it is quite painful under the skin. I have felt it on and off for 2 -3 months but it is definately worse. Has anyone any experience of what it could be. I'm reluctant to go to the GP - as there is nothing to show.
