Fresh pink spotting from vagina with bowel movement with mirena

Hi all just wondering experienced anything similar.. i have the mirena over a year but have been constipated alot lately but the past few days i notice when i do try to go i have fresh pink blood coming from my vagina when i wipe could this be due to straining or something else.. i still bleed every four weeks with the mirena which includes spotting for about two weeks.. any replies would be apperciated x

Yes, not always but sometimes and it's just pink spotting - weird!

Yes, I also don't have periods at all with the mirena but occasionally get very light spotting when constipated too. I did mention it at the last mirena fitting and the HCP seemed unconcerned. You might want to mention it though?

Yes ill mention it.. past few days now its like im spotting pink blood outta no where is this still nornal after a year
