I also use disinfectant daily .

Once a week I use a lot of bleach to clean everywhere , bathroom and floors etc . I also use neat bleach on kitchen worktops daily . I use bleach to soak dust clothes daily too ..

I’ve had a few irritations and I wondered whether I should be limiting my use of bleach ...

Ecover cleaning spray is great and non-chemical.
Even water is a chemical (I know what you mea though, non toxic).
Ecover cleaning spray ingredients:>30%: Water, 5-15%: Alcohol,

Op please don’t use neat bleach it really isn’t necessary for a clean home, and v bad for the environment. Kitchen surfaces are fine washed down after cooking with hot water, and a tiny squirt of washing up liquid. Cleaning the CLOTH daily is important, (microwave cloth for 3 minutes daily to kill any bugs) or hot wash in Washing machine daily.same with tea towels.
Ecover all purpose spray used sparingly is good too.
Vinegar for glass cleaning (diluted.)
Encourage lots of thorough hand washing for DCs. That’s how most germs come into your home, when mine were small l used to get them to wash hands on coming in from school immediately, it almost eliminated me and DH getting colds for several years!
