Ds's consultant had said in her last letter that when ds had another chest episode I should contact her so that a chest x-ray could be arranged. So atm ds is chesty again and I tried to phone the consultant's secretary, but the phone was engaged. As I was going that way anyway I thought "oh well I'll just call in in person"
Turned up there, unannounced. Consultant just finishing off clinic. She saw ds straight away, examined him, sent him down for chest x-ray.
