I look 3mnths pregnant but I'm not

I was wondering if anyone else has had these symptoms and can advise me....... Yes, I've been to the GP. No, they've not been helpful as I have a IBS diagnosis. But my current symptoms are different and worrying. I'm wondering if I should go private but should I go gyno or bowel?
My symptoms:
severe bloating, esp above my navel
nausea
pressure on bowel
diarohea/constipation, now increased fequency
severe flatulence
lower spine pain,
leg pain
All worse before period but I'm now perimenopausal so not had one for 4 months

My life is becomming miserable. My symptoms are making my job challenging. I can't figure out if this is fibroids/menopause/bowel cancer etc. I'm not imaging it and sick of being fobbed off by GP. Any advice welcome as I'm losing hope.

I think you need a 2nd opinion as all of the symptoms you describe can be indicative of many different conditions. Some very serious. I think you need to be pushing for further investigations. I hope you get to the bottom of it.

I had your symptoms and was a 10cm ovarian cyst. You need to see someone asap and my first port of call would be a gyneo specialist.

Definitely get checked out. I’d suggest a gynaecologist as your first port of call. Keeping my fingers crossed that it’s nothing serious.
