i am trying to find out if my suspicion that they make up the prices as they go along is true... does anyone pay an off-peak fee (ie not valid in evenings m-f) and if so how much? also has anyone EVER been charged a 'joining fee'? if you can answer please tell me if poss which club this was at. thanks
