Any medical people about?

Hi,

Just after some advice if there are any medical people around.

I am currently pregnant and was prescribed codeine for my back pain. I only take the codeine when the pain is severe (right now) and am wanting to take one.

However I'm currently on ferrous phosphate (iron) and take 10mg of Citalopram daily.

Is this a combination of medication that is safe to take together?

Many thanks

Totally safe.

But with codeine and iron, you are likely going to get really constipated. I'd get myself a packet of Movicol (other cheaper generics are just as good) from the pharmacist as soon as possible.

Brilliant thanks @AnnaMagnani.

I suffer from constipation anyway so that is nothing new to me!
