Black spot in centre of nipple... what is it??

Please can anyone help figure out what has happened to my nipple! I have googled and can't find an answer.

3 days ago one of the ducts became enlarged and protruded our beyond the rest of the nipple , it was very sore. It looked like a little juice blob on a raspberry! Today it is no longer protruding but I'd has gone black, so it is now a black spot on the very centre of my nipple.

I'm not pregnant, have not recently been pregnant, have never had a baby/breast fed... help! Should I be worried?!

How bizarre! I think tbh any breast changes that can’t be explained warrant a GP appointment. Most likely nothing but better safe and all that.
