I’m feeling both worried and embarrassed about this.... last night I woke up suddenly in the middle on the night having leaked a small amount of wee in bed. I didn’t feel particularly like I had a full bladder but went for a wee anyway and I haven’t had any issues with urinary incontinence/the need to wee frequently during the day. I also hadn’t had any weird dreams!
Why did this happen, do I need to worry?!
