Help! why am i so dizzy??

i really dont know why i am! my head has been spinning for 2 days straight now, and i can barely drive properly.
am taking iron tablets so it cant really be anaemia again and im deff not pregnant.
might go to see gp if it doesnt go away soon.

thought it might be low blood sugar but its not the same kind of weariness/shakiness i usually get with that..
my ear was really itchy a couple of days ago and little bit of blood was inside, so could be that! rang docs and they have no appointments til fri!!
